  • Contact details (form, bookings): as long as necessary to handle the matter, at most 3 years.
  • Marketing data (consent): until consent is withdrawn, at most 5 years.
  • Accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).

6. Data recipients (third parties)

Your data may be shared with the following processors:

  • Umami — měření návštěvnosti na našem vlastním serveru, bez cookies a bez předávání třetím stranám (anonymizované údaje).
  • Hosting and e-mail service provider.

Some third-party services (Google, Meta) may transfer data to the USA. These transfers are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

  • To restriction of processing.
  • To data portability.
